Out of This World!

OUR PRESCHOOL IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!

During this next week we are going to be exploring outer space!

We will be discussing stars, the sun, plantes, and the best of all EARTH.

We have many fun space activities to blast off with.

APRIL 21- 25 Homework

This week we have a special homework to work on all the zoo phonics.

During class the kids will receive a packet with the zoo phonics cards that can be used at home.

These will not be required to be turned in - mainly just for your benefit at home.

Also - the kids will receive an envelope. Please help your child write their address onto the envelope and place a stamp on it.

During our Mail Person (community Helpers center) the kids will be able to mail a letter to themselves.

Hard Working Vowels

APRIL 21-25

This week we are beginning our unit on "Hard Working Vowels". Because the vowels are always working over time we have a special unit just tofocus our studies on them.

A fun song to help your kids to remember the vowels is:

(Sing to the tune of B-I-N-G-O)

Every Word has a vowel

*Sorry, I know this is not an actual Holiday but my kids have this day off at Eduprize and I'm not much of a teacher when all three kids are home!

MAY 7 & 8- Mom and Me Party
We want to invite our mom's to class during the last 30 minutes of school. We have a fun presentation for you!

MAY 20: PRESCHOOL MOVING UP CEREMONY AT PETER PIPER PIZZA
This will be the last day of school for the 'lil Dragons class

MAY 22: PRE-K GRADUATION
Last day of school for Brainy Tiger, Clever Lions, and Brilliant Bears

APRIL 14 - 18 News Update

ZOO WEEK!!

We are taking our zoo field trip on Wednesday, April 16. We will be meeting at the Phoenix zoo at 9:30 am.

WEEKLY THEME

We are continuing our zoo theme this week, only we will be looking at the aquarium side! We will be taking an underwater adventure!

ART: Be sure to look for our fun aquarium art project this week! We are making an aquarium using jell-o and Swedish fish!
